Navigation or usage data: the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols, these data will be therefore collected automatically when using this application.

– check the correct functioning of the services offered.
Data provided by the user: the visitor / user is not required to enter any personal data on the site, with the exception of the area dedicated to the “CONTACT US” and “NEWLETTER” service, upon free choice by the user where this specific information is present dedicated privacy.

The legal basis for the processing of the data communicated by you by filling in the forms is represented by the potentially pre-contractual need expressed with the sending of the question and / or request for information, estimates or orders.

The navigation data are only handled by technical personnel in charge of the processing, or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated.

The navigation data are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need to investigate crimes by the Authority).

The provision of data by users / site visitors is always optional; however, in the event of non-transmission of the data marked as “mandatory” within the request forms, GLOMEX ENGINEERING s.r.l. will not be able to provide the user with the information or services requested from time to time.
Specific summary information will eventually be reported or displayed on the website pages set up for particular services on request.
Rights of interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer may at any time exercise the rights provided for in articles 15-21 of the EU Regulation 679/16, ie: accessing the data concerning them, obtaining their correction, cancellation, limitation, totally or partially opposing their treatment by contacting the owner of the same, the requests are fulfilled by the holder free of charge, as soon as possible, in any case within the maximum term of one month.
